• Maintenance contract creation and management
• Daily maintenance contract documents reconciliation
• Preparation and processing of invoicing for upfront payment and completed work order.
• Work closely with service sales engineers/service team to support the administrative work on new and renewal contracts and submitted work orders for closing.
• Preparation of daily /monthly reports compilation for manager approval.
• Provide general administrative support to service department as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• 3 - 5 years of operation or administrative experience.
• Possess good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and a team-player.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office like Excel, Outlook.
