Static & Client Support Processing Officer- Group Wealth Operations

This is an operational role supporting the bank’s high net worth customers on Portfolio & Counterparty Static Creation/Maintenance
- Perform wealth account opening/closure, tag different currencies to investment cash accounts
- Set up sub trading accounts with broker
- Set up safekeeping accounts with custodians
- Collect W8BEN forms from front office and provide to custodians
- Handle queries from various counterparties, relationship managers and relationship officers
- Handle adhoc projects/initiatives and user acceptance testings
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder & above
- Good product & banking knowledge
- At least 2 years of work experience in Operations departments of banks/financial institutions, preferably with exposure in Static Creation/Maintenance and/or Account Opening
- Meticulous and have a keen eye for details
- Able to work under stress and can adapt to changes
- Good inter-personal skills
- Good team player
