Job Description
  • To perform opening and closing routines for the mall
  • To conduct regular checks to ensure housekeeping is in order, building facilities and equipment are maintained to be safe and operating effectively and efficiently
  • To carry out maintenance, trouble-shooting, minor repairs and other necessary installation works
  • To attend to tenants’ request for maintenance related matters
  • To monitor term contractors in their routine servicing and close work orders thereafter
  • To provide operational support for promotional events eg. stage and sound system, crowd control etc
  • To carry out inventory management measures and storage
  • To keep proper record of work assignments and prepare reports for submission
  • Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, Response Team, First Aider, etc)
  • To assist in tasks assigned by the Supervisor from time to time
Requirements:
  • NTC 2/3 or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Building
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities
  • Willing to work on weekends, on shifts and beyond standard operating hours
  • Able to speak and write in English
  • Familiar with computer skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Be able to work under minimum supervision with strong sense of responsibility, urgency and teamwork
