Dream Valley Destination, a premier boutique travel agency in Singapore, is on the lookout for a seasoned Tour Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have 6-8 years of experience managing diverse tour packages, including yoga retreats, group and couple tours across Asia, we want to hear from you!
Position: Tour Manager (Senior)
Experience Requirement: 6-8 years

At Dream Valley Destination, we specialize in crafting bespoke travel experiences that cater to the unique needs of our discerning clients. Our focus is on delivering exceptional service through meticulously planned inbound and outbound tours, yoga retreats, and custom group travel packages across Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Tour Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of inbound and outbound tour packages, including group tours, couple getaways, and yoga retreats.
Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized travel solutions.
Yoga Retreats: Organize and oversee yoga retreats in various Asian destinations, ensuring a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
Package Development: Create and enhance tour packages based on market trends and client feedback.
Supplier Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, and other service providers.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during tours to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about travel trends, emerging destinations, and competitive offerings.
Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years in tour management with proven expertise in managing inbound and outbound tour packages, yoga retreats, and customized tours for groups and couples.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Asian destinations and travel trends.
Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Attributes: Enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
