Experience:
Skills:
Total experience preferably 5-8 years Min. 4-5 years of SFDC development experience (with minimum two implementation cycle experience) with minimum 2 years in veeva development if possible Requirement: • Clear understanding of VEEVA architecture, data model and security model • Functional and Technical knowledge on Veeva CRM, design and implementation • Must have extensive experience in following areas o SFDC Configuration (Security Settings, Approval Process, Work Flow, Group/ Sharing Management, Reports, etc.,) o Customization (Apex, Visual Force, Trigger, Component) o Data Migration (Apex Data Loader) • Able to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Should have hands on experience on the new features in Veeva such as MCCP, approved email etc. • Able to provide quick solutions for the business requirements • Experience in Veeva Vault • Comfortable working with agile processes • Provide technical support for integration with Salesforce, in-house systems, and third-party systems • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com , Service and Marketing Clouds, Communities, SF1 and Lightening • Good to have experience in integrations (SOAP, REST etc.,) • Must have worked on at least two complete cycles of Veeva implementation • Must have extensive experience in handling enhancements and bug fixes and provide prompt solution; also estimate the right effort for such changes. • Should be able to guide the team in solving complex technical requests/ changes • Experience in Release management for Veeva solutions would be good to have • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Should be able to train the team in Veeva • Good to have experience in Life science domain • Good to have Veeva Admin Certification. • Must have at least one salesforce certifications; admin or certified platform developer I and II (preferred)
