• Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace.
  Identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  
• Risk Assessments: Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
  Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
  
• Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents and incidents.
  Document findings and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health Act and other relevant regulations.
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  
• Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans.
  Conduct emergency drills and ensure readiness for potential incidents.
  
• Reporting: Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation to management and regulatory bodies.
  Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
  
• Safety Equipment Management: Ensure availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  Monitor the condition and maintenance of safety equipment.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
  
• Certifications: Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in workplace safety and health.
  
• Skills: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Analytical skills for risk assessment and problem-solving.
  Ability to conduct training sessions and safety briefings.
  Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
