Accounts & Procurement Administrator

AC Direct is looking for an experienced, hardworking and dedicated individual who is willing to add value and grow in an exciting and ever-growing e-commerce store. AC Direct is the largest supplier of Air Conditioning, Solar, Home Appliances, Heat Pumps & more online in South Africa and also offers a wide range of other products. We have offices and warehouses throughout the country.
AC Direct is a part of a group that has been in the industry for over 40 years. Successful applicants will benefit from being in an established and professional environment while still having the opportunity to grow and develop their skills. The position currently available is for an accounts & procurement administrator in our Johannesburg Head Office. This individual will be working with debtors & creditors as well as other related accounts & procurement duties.
Responsibilities

Processing of creditors invoices & producing GRV’s
Debtors & Creditors reconciliations
General accounts & procurement duties

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in accounts or procurement
Matric Certificate with higher grade mathematics

Skills

Strong organisational & analytical skills
Must have good interpersonal & leadership skills
Must be good communicators in English
Applicants must have their own transport to and from work (Randvaal area)
