Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a Finance Manager with a flair for numbers and a passion for luxury hospitality to join an elite Luxury Hospitality Company in Centurion! What’s the Role?
As the Finance Manager, you’ll be the financial wizard ensuring the smooth monetary operation of 17 hotels and resorts spread across Gauteng, North-West, Western Cape, Mpumalanga, and KZN. Your expertise will drive budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control, helping to maintain the luxury and efficiency of this prestigious hospitality brand.

What You Need:
B. Com Accounting degree (a plus, but not essential)
At least 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a senior finance role at a 3- or 4-star property
Strong knowledge of hotel/lodge/resort finance and operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and numeracy skills
High level of attention to detail, deadline-driven, and cost control abilities
Flexibility to travel weekly across provinces

What You’ll Do:
Forecast and budget for future financial planning
Monitor and review departmental expenditures, ensuring financial efficiency
Process monthly financial statements and report directly to the General Manager and Director of Finance
Verify payroll transactions and ensure accuracy before finalization
Manage creditors and ensure timely payments, including collection of discounts and rebates
Oversee debtor collections and assist with financial problem-solving
Review and authorize supplier payments based on cash flow availability
