Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in South Africa
- A combination of practical experience & education
- Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Point of Sale Systems, GAAP beneficial)

Proficient in the following restaurant functions:
- food planning and preparation,
- purchasing,
- sanitation,
- security,
- company policies and procedures,
- personnel management,
- recordkeeping, and
- preparation of reports.
- Must agree to background checks.
