What does the opportunity offer?
Over your 12 months on the program, we'll set you up for success as you transition to the next phase of your career. In addition to expanding your technical skills, you'll attend sessions with subject matter experts on critical life skills such as how to do your taxes, wellness, and budgeting - the real-world life skills everyone wishes they'd teach us in school.
Technical & Professional Skills

• You'll work side by side with experts in architecture, back-end, and front-end development honing your technical skills. You'll also engage in personal development coaching to equip you with the professional skills to achieve success in the world of work and become a world class Software Engineer.

Who should apply?
To be considered you'll need:

• A completed degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a major university with above average marks, or similar equivalent such as We Think Code graduate with 1-2 years' work experience.
• South African citizen.
• Fall within one of the designated groups as defined in the BB-BEE Act as African, Coloured, and Indian.
• Be able to attend some on site team engagements at Entersekt House in Stellenbosch.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals with experience in Java.
• To enjoy building strong relationships and collaborating with others.
• The desire to learn and grow with a fast paced, rapidly growing business that requires continuous development.
• Innovative mindset and relentless curiosity.
