What We’re Looking For:
Pezula, located in Knysna, South Africa, is known for its stunning natural beauty and upscale properties. The Pezula Resort features a luxurious hotel, spa, and a championship golf course overlooking the Knysna Lagoon and Indian Ocean. The area offers outdoor activities like hiking, golfing, and exploring nearby nature reserves.
The role of a griller in a hotel setting involves preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes while ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation, all within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Are you passionate about grilling? Pazula Nature Retreat is seeking a talented Grillers to join our kitchen team!
Key Responsibilities:

Grill a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables.
Collaborate on menu development and ensure food quality.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
