Guest Relations Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available as Guest Relations Manager with this luxury hospitality group based in Mozambique.
As Guest Relations Manager you’ll be ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing guest complaints, coordinating with other departments, managing guest services & optimizing revenue.
You’ll be an excellent communicator with a high level of problem-solving skills.
For this Guest Relations Manager role, you’ll need previous experience within a similar position in 5* luxury environments.
Requirements:
- Currently based in South Africa
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Luxury hospitality experienced
Up to R apply below tax-free per month + visa + accommodation + duty meals + laundry + visa + 3 return flights per year to OR Thambo
