Key Requirements:
- Experienced Lodge Management Couple: Previous experience managing a 5-star lodge in Namibia, Botswana, or South Africa is essential. Knowledge of desert environments and a proven ability to cater to international guests is required.
- Kalahari Expertise: Familiarity with the unique desert ecosystem, including local vegetation and wildlife, will be a significant advantage.
- Professional Hunter (PH) Experience: If one of you holds PH qualifications, it will be highly valued.
- Farm Management Skills: Experience in farm maintenance and cattle management would be beneficial.
- Home Schooling: For couples with children, home schooling is essential due to the remote location.
- Competitive Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
