With a deep understanding of the painting industry, they help contractors harness the full potential of digital marketing to attract more clients, increase their visibility, and achieve their business goals.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Meta Ads Manager to lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise and creative skills to drive high-quality traffic, maximize conversions, and achieve the company's marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Meta advertising campaigns and a solid understanding of the home services niche.
Experience in the home services niche is a must.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and execute comprehensive Meta-advertising strategies that align with business goals and audience preferences.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Meta advertising efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Oversee the setup, launch, and ongoing management of Meta advertising campaigns.
Craft engaging ad copies, headlines, and visuals to resonate with target audiences and drive high engagement.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify improvement areas and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign insights to stakeholders.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure optimal return on investment.

Who We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ in managing Meta advertising campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of meta-advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the home services niche or contractor marketing is a must.

Position: Meta Ads Manager
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Salary: USD 1500 - USD 2000
