We’re Hiring! Operations Manager
Location: Hluhluwe, South Africa
Role: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet all guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Oversee daily and weekly operations in the absence of the Lodge Manager
️ Ensure all lodge departments meet high standards, from housekeeping to the kitchen
Lead and inspire staff, promoting teamwork and fostering a positive work environment
Host agents, media, and groups, and provide an unforgettable experience
Manage stock takes, performance reviews, departmental meetings, and financial planning
️ Ensure health and safety standards are met and keep the lodge in top shape for guests
What You’ll Bring:

At least 3 years of experience in a 5-star operation
A solid background in leadership, with some managerial training
A valid unendorsed SA driver’s licence
A proactive and guest-focused attitude, with a passion for excellence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead both guests and staff
Previous lodge or camp management experience
