Paid Advertising Campaign Manager

Position details:
In this role, the Paid Advertising Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall paid campaign strategy. You will dive deep into data and analytics to optimize paid ad campaigns at every stage of the lead generation funnel. We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, particularly with expertise in Google Ad management.
What will you be doing?

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign strategies that align with overall company growth goals and objectives.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Optimisation and Performance Improvement:

Continuously test and optimize ad copy, creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and efficiency.

Identify and implement new opportunities for scaling campaigns while maintaining a positive ROI.

Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and improve conversion rates across the funnel.

Continuously test and optimize ad copy, creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and efficiency.

Lead Quality and Funnel Focus:

Focus on generating high-quality MQLs, CQLs, and SQLs that align with the sales team's requirements.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective lead nurturing.

Analyse the full funnel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.

Focus on generating high-quality MQLs, CQLs, and SQLs that align with the sales team's requirements.

Reporting and Analysis:

Create detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Present findings to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations for future campaigns based on data analysis.

Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hub Spot, to track campaign performance and measure ROI.

Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure the company remains competitive in the paid advertising space.

Skills & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-
3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in a B2B or Saa S environment.

Proven track record of driving successful paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in Google Ads

Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and lead generation strategies.
