Job Purpose
A Quality control technician is responsible for testing materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable dsm-firmenich’s standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inspection reports SAP and LIMS
• Perform inspections across all stages of production (Raw Materials, Finished Goods)
• Provide Quality Control support to Nonconformance (opening, investigation and close off)
• Ensure compliance and maintain Environmental Monitoring Plan program.
• Maintain 5S in the laboratory.
• Maintain calibration of quality control equipment as per Quality Control procedure, ensuring all instruments and equipment is kept clean.

We value:

• A Ndip/Btech in Food Technology, Biotechnology & Analytical Chemistry
• Experience in ERP systems SAP & LIMS
• Excellent organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
• Knowledge on topics related to food safety: GMP, FSSC 22000, Food Defense, Food Safety.
• Can work well under pressure.
• Must be good with time management.
• Can work independently and in a team.
