Job Purpose
A Quality control technician is responsible for testing materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable dsm-firmenich’s standards.

Job Purpose
A Quality control technician is responsible for testing materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable dsm-firmenich’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain inspection reports SAP and LIMS
- Perform inspections across all stages of production (Raw Materials, Finished Goods)
- Provide Quality Control support to Nonconformance (opening, investigation and close off)
- Ensure compliance and maintain Environmental Monitoring Plan program.
- Maintain 5S in the laboratory.
- Maintain calibration of quality control equipment as per Quality Control procedure, ensuring all instruments and equipment is kept clean.
- A Ndip/Btech in Food Technology, Biotechnology & Analytical Chemistry
- Experience in ERP systems SAP & LIMS
- Excellent organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
- Knowledge on topics related to food safety: GMP, FSSC 22000, Food Defense, Food Safety.
- Can work well under pressure.
- Must be good with time management.
- Can work independently and in a team.
