Trafalgar Financial Services (“TFS”) is a boutique financial services company specialising in a range of property financial services products, targeted at residential estates and complexes across South Africa. Trafalgar Financial Services (“TFS”) is an authorised financial services and credit provider with a specialist property finance focus.
As an ongoing recruitment effort, Trafalgar Birdhaven is in search of a dynamic candidate with a passion for the property industry to join our team as a Residential Letting Administrator.
Job Description:

Load new mandates & supporting documentation
Advertising of units on social media
Management of emails
Administrative support to Portfolio Manager
Process owner payments and reconciliation of accounts
Prepare monthly owner packs (Collate rent rolls, invoices, statements, etc.)
Increase letters – send out letters to owners & tenants
Capturing of rent increases & raising journals
Assist with letting queries
Documenting leases, mandates & other correspondence
Unit Property Fees – checking unit & property fee descriptions, photographs, unit description and directions.

Requirements:

Matric
Own vehicle and drivers licence
Atleast 3 years experience in Letting Administration
Understanding of residential Letting Act & CPA
Basic understanding of the legal procedures regarding the collection of levies
