Job Description: As a Senior Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and leading a team of dedicated kitchen staff. Your creativity and expertise will be crucial in executing new menu items and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training and mentoring junior chefs.
Develop and execute innovative and seasonal menus.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Manage a balanced inventory, conduct daily orders for kitchen supplies, and control food costs in line with budget.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless experience for guests.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and creativity.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
