Concentrix is looking for a Strategic Insight Manager role at our dynamic Cape Town office for an amazing campaign.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a key part of a team of creative data experts adept at manipulating data and presenting insightful outputs in a user friendly self service reporting toolkit. This role requires an excellent eye for design, a visual flair and an intuitive understanding of end user requirements so that their needs might be realised in beautiful and easy to use products.

What you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the design and delivery.
- Degree level qualification in science or mathematics (Advantageous)
- Experience in using SQL, DAX and other relevant languages to build dashboard in data visualisation tools such as Power Bi, Tableau and Google Looker
- Python and the data science orientated packages skills such as (Pandas, Num Py)
- Salesforce platform skills
- A deep understanding of data governance, data structures.
- Customer management experience and contact centre and channel analytical experience
- Excellent numeracy, written, communication, planning, organisational, problem solving, time management, stakeholder management, prioritisation and influencing skills
- Demonstrable logical thought process as well as methodological approach to problem solving and analytics
- proven understanding of fundamental statistical analytical techniques
- Six Sigma or Prince 2 skills (Advantageous)
- Contact centres system familiarity such as Avaya, Salesforce, etc.
- The ability to make complex insights & reporting outputs simple to understand to our stakeholders
- Implement support change management initiatives (Preferable)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Deliver visualisation tool designs that provide insight to end users to derive decisions from data.
- An exceptional ability to define end user requirements to create intuitive self serve documents
- Helping ensure our design function is aligned to and helps drive our business tactics & strategy
- embedding data analytical capability and processes that ensure we can swiftly determine requirements to data synergies and gaps
- Develop Salesforce and other CRM reporting required.
- Report creation skills & design, maintaining consistency, allowing for versatility and creativity, to drive efficiency and a “house style”
- Working closely and collaboratively with our requirements, governance, engineering and Insight teams, as well as reporting end users, to ensure an effective and holistic set of reporting solutions are developed.
