This position reports to the Fleet Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that all dispatches are correctly scanned out of the hub.
- Ensure that all dispatches are visually inspected for defects.
- Ensure that all outbound vehicles are loaded and released timeously.
- Ensure that dispatch documentation is checked, signed and copies distributed and filled accordingly..
- Ensure that all staff comply with SOP's..
- Address all deviations.
- Complete and report on all KPI measures and provide reasons for deviations.
- Ensure that all equipment under your control is used correctly and stowed away safely.
- Assist staff with administrative and operational requests.
- Manage PPE and stationary requirements effectively.
- Ensure that all staff is using the correct PPE for the task being performed.
- Ensure that operational areas are kept clean.

- Being able to work under pressure
- Being able to meet deadlines
- Having good communication skills
- Must be able and willing to work shifts.
- Must have investigation experience
- Minimum of Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification With in Supply Chain or logistics.
- 3 years in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Fleet admin and Team leader Position.
- Sound Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel and Email Software.
