Role Overview:
As a Virtual Executive Assistant at The Executive Space, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing high-quality administrative and executive support to our diverse international clients.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated virtual assistants who are committed to excellence and proactive problem-solving.
You will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating complex calendars and emails, generating leads, and leveraging digital tools to enhance our clients’ operations.

- Problem Solving
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: project management, calendar & email management, lead generation, and digital marketing.
- A fast laptop, reliable high-speed internet connection and a UPS.
- A passion for using digital tools to enhance efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A strong desire to grow within the company and build lasting relationships with clients.
