This position reports to

Local Business Unit Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support ABB’s businesses, collaborate with different leaders and teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the rotation assignment manager. You will also aspire to achieve your career goals by participating in professional development through in-person immersions, webinars and mentorship programs. The work model for the role is: # LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Measurement & Analytical products in Process Automation in Seoul, South Korea. You will be mainly accountable for: • Participants will complete rotational program with Process Automation Business Area in Seoul, South Korea – business group selected based on candidate skill-set and hiring need. • Support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined business area as directed. • Potential rotation areas include sales support specialist, technical sales support, sales specialist. • Deliver the assigned tasks/projects within the rotation period. About the program ABB Discovery Program is structured early talent programs are a great way to start your career in our global company. Be it with rotations, mentorships or additional soft skills trainings - ABB offers differ-ent options, from the ABB Discovery program, to the Global Early Talent Program. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to explore different teams and roles, learning more as you advance.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Chemical, Environmental, Material or Electrical engineering would be preferred. (recent graduates from 2024 and Feb 2025)
Communication skill in both Korean and English
Knowledge of Analytical Products would be preferred, not mandatory (e.g. FT-IR, GC, or other Gas analyzer etc.)
