1、Responsible for the overall operation and management of the HR Shared Service Center (HR-SSC) in the East Asia region, primarily focusing on South Korea and Japan.2、Experienced in HR operations, capable of effectively managing complex HR scenarios and labor relations.3、Open-minded and adaptable, driving HR process improvements and innovation to align with evolving business needs.4、Collaborate closely with business units to ensure efficient, compliant, and satisfactory HR services.5、Coordinate and resolve HR issues in the region, providing professional HR advice and support.

1、Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field.2、More than 7 years of experience in HR operations, with a preference for experience in the East Asia market, especially South Korea and Japan.3、Fluent in English, Korean,with strong cross-cultural communication skills.4、Proficient in navigating complex interpersonal dynamics and labor regulations, adept at resolving disputes and conflicts.5、Preferable with Payroll experience, knowledgeable about relevant regulations and processes.6、Demonstrated flexibility and innovative thinking, able to perform effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
