The Role: In this role you will:

• Lead the Korean Technology Center. This includes technical teams and formulation
• scale up.
• Promote teamwork across Entegris technical sites as well as with new product
• stakeholders such as operations, business and account teams.
• Set expectations and hold team accountable for delivering new products worldwide.
• Seek out and develop partnerships with key technical partners e.g. OEMs, other
• consumables suppliers, consortia
• Develop relationships with key personnel at Entegris’s customers
• Coordinate interactions with cross-functional teams such as Analytical, development
• teams, Operations, Marketing and Sales;
• Represent Entegris at technical conferences;
• Develop innovative technology and create intellectual property on new products and
• ideas;
• Coach and mentor team members to perform at higher levels through a positive,
• interactive style;
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary;
• Maintain a safe working environment;
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in engineering, material science or chemistry;
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, or technical industry,
• developing technology
• Project management experience, with a track record of planning, driving and
• executing projects;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to develop and
• present technical materials to internal and external customers.
• You may be required to satisfy applicable U.S. regulations trade control
• requirements.
