We are looking for Interface Engineering Services for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: South Korea then KSA
Start Date: Q3 2024
Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable
Status: Residential
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Refining & petrochemicals projects and technologies.
- 5-10+ years' experience in projects Management.
- Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor and analytical mind.
- Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, etc.). Ability to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.
- Oral communication abilities and writing skills in the English language.
- Carry-out daily site safety visit, documented.
- Coordinate and Supervise EPC Contractor IP planning and progress.
- Support the EPC Contractor activities relevant to interfaces between packages, with PMT project Entities, in the execution of their responsibilities under the contract requirements.
- Ensure liaison with Package Engineering Manager, Construction Manager and Commissioning Manager
- Liaise and Report to the Package Interface Manager
- Obtain and control EPCC weekly status report.
- Attend all weekly and monthly (and unplanned) EPCC package interface meetings.
- Attend all Package-to-Package interface meetings.
- Attend all construction interface meetings.
- Provide weekly PCC Contractor performance report to Package Interface Manager
- Follow-up/expedite actions in interface meeting minutes, logs, punches, and close-outs,
- Address field interfaces non-compliances
The following accountabilities are expected from the Service Holder:
- Interfaces to be addressed timely to prevent the risk of delay, at the project level and package level
- Apply pro-active, constructive and cooperative work environment between involved parties and disciplines
- Comply with the project governance, general rules and requirements (operational safety, administrative rules, code of conducts, etc.)
- Commitment to safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects.
- Comply with the project HSE plan and the sustainability roadmap
- Ensure that the required level of security related to confidentiality/intellectual property is fulfilled throughout the project and engineering activities execution,
- Participate to project and shareholders internal and external general reviews and audits.
