The Paralegal role will provide legal, regulatory, policy, legislative and government relations support to different lines of Disney’s business in Korea on a broad range of issues including, government policy, legislative and market landscape research along with paralegal duties such as corporate secretarial work, litigation document filings, translations and drafting simple template contracts. This will include developing expertise in the policy environment affecting TWDC’s business in Korea and analyzing new government policies. It will also include working on, responses to government questionnaire’s, proof-reading documents and drafting correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification in Legal studies
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience working as paralegal, government relations researcher/assistant or similar
- Experience in in-house paralegal will be an advantage but not essential
- Strong academic background coupled with good commercial sense
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) in Korean and English. Fluency is essential.
- Strong drafting skills
- Skilled at preparing/drafting excel sheet and power point presentation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration
- Positive “can do” attitude
- Familiarity or interest in policy issues and the entertainment/media industry preferred
