Area Manager ECI South Region

Supervise and efficiently management of the ECI stores assigned to your area, working to ensure the operational, financial, and commercial success of each one.
Responsibilities
The position will covered the South Region of Spain and will required 3/4 days per week of travelling.
This person is the key contact between the point of sale and the different commercial departments, P&C, and logistics. Weekly, they manage the operation of each store, analysing sales data, space requirements, staff development within the center,... Additionally, they are also responsible for supervising the other business models within the ECI center.

Responsibilities
- Operations Supervision: Monitoring brand standards, compliance with policies/procedures and implementation of efficient business practices.
- Staff Management: Ensuring that the team is well-trained, motivated, and aligned with business objectives. Having control over all aspects related to ECI staff coverage. Acting as the direct link between ECI staff, the commercial department, and the P&C department.
- Inventory Management: The area manager oversees merchandise movements and flows at the store (product reception, transfers, returns, etc.), ensuring that an adequate stock level is maintained, and necessary orders are placed to meet demand.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with the store employees to develop effective sales strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluating the performance of each store based on key metrics such as sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency. Identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that stores comply with all applicable industry regulations and standards established by the company.
- VM Management: Implementation of the collection, product rotation within the space, reinforcement of cold/hot zones in the point of sale, monitoring, and alignment of the visual presentation of all points of sale in the area.

SKILLS:
- Prior experience: AM/VM in other companies. Experience in ECI is highly valued.
- English level: C1.
- Soft skills: strong commercial orientation, analytical, creative and solution oriented.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and good communication skills. Experience in leading teams.
- Structured, organized adn estrategic mindset.
- Inspiring and engaging.
- Driving license
- Availability to travel 3/4 days a week.
