We are looking for a candidate to join our Corporate IT team in Barcelona.
We continuously add value by improving existing processes and have regular team meetings to analyze the work that has been done to find possible bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvements. The role covers two fundamental axes:

Life in our team:
We are looking for a candidate to join our Corporate IT team in Barcelona.
We continuously add value by improving existing processes and have regular team meetings to analyze the work that has been done to find possible bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvements. The role covers two fundamental axes:
- Automation and integrations.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding.
- Work in a hybrid environment using both Agile and ITIL (non-strict) methodologies
- Freely explore and experiment with new technologies that would add value.
- Teach, educate and transmit knowledge to the Company members.
- We have Team Projects developed in tandem or individually aligned with the Business needs
- Work autonomously both in time and task management
- Pair or Team programming while working on scripting and automation
- Own Issues, Service Request and Projects from start to finish
- Help and educate company employees
- Record and track your activity in our ITSM software
- Keep the inventory and the documentation up to date
- Autonomously execute housekeeping tasks
- Comply and improve internal policies and standards

Soft Skills:
- Willing/eager to learn, challenge driven
- Proactive attitude, understanding current environment and proposing enhancements, critical thinking
- Continuously seek improvement of the IT processes, work
- “Loves” documentation, both in reading and writing
- Comfortable taking ownership of the entire project lifecycle
- Process automation
- Knowledge of user lifecycle management
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Not afraid of rolling up sleeves
- A minimum of three plus (3+) years of related experience in computer hardware, software, and in the set-up, configuration and troubleshooting of computer systems.
- Able to give local and remote support.
- Identity Management (such as: Active Directory, LDAP, OKTA).
- Experience in using ticketing tools
- Experience of setup and usage of Collaborative Tools such as Office 365, Google
- Workspace, Slack, Teams, Discord
- Experience of Mac OS, Windows and Linux OSes
- Experience writing scripts with Bash, Python, Powershell
- Git version control system experience.
- Jira Software / Jira Service Management knowledge.
- SOHO(+) Networking knowledge, networking services and experience in troubleshooting.
- ITIL knowledge
- AWS knowledge
