Purpose of the role:
Our Agents will be dedicated to the management and qualification of leads for the conversion of potential customers into sales through the implementation of outbound sales campaigns.
Leads Management Responsabilities:
- Manage/qualify leads to identify customers with high conversion potential.
- Achieve established lead-to-sales conversion goals.
- Daily contact with potential customers through different communication channels (calls, emails, chats, etc.)
- Identify customer needs and propose ad hoc solutions that provide value for the next stages of the sales process.
- Updating data in CRM.

We are looking for you if:
- You have extensive knowledge and experience of the customer service industry.
- Experience in Outbound sales,B2B sales or business development.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Communication and Commercial skills.
- Native Swedish language is essential .
- Good knowledge of Spanish or English.
- Experience in the use of CRM systems and MS Office.

Full-time indefinite contract. 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday. - You will be part of a great team of professionals in an internationally consolidated company.
