Your responsibilities
- Controlling all aspects of ordering from raising initial purchase orders, sending to suppliers and delivery of stock into NAV
- Administering order acknowledgements/confirmations including follow up and to take actions on deviations from purchase orders
- Giving purchasing support to internal users
- Identifying, preparing and proposing sourcing activities
- Updating stock records accordingly
- Onboarding (evaluation and approval) of suppliers
- Ensuring imports are organized with relevant customs requirements
Our requirements
- A degree in logistics, economics or supply chain management or related field
- 1-2 years of work experience in administration and service preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of MS Office skills
- Very good command of English language; other languages skills will be an asset
