Location: Valencia, Spain

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join us. The Scrum Master will help everyone understand Scrum and enable greater agility both within the team(s) and across the organization. The Scrum Master will be accountable for the Scrum Team's effectiveness as they help teams improve how they work together to create value on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and train the team members in self-management, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.
- Support agile engineering practices.
- Ensure that the Scrum Team(s) events are productive and effective.
- Make transparent and influence the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team(s).
- Focus on creating high-value small increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Support the team(s) & PO with effective Product Backlog management techniques.
- Lead, train, and coach the organization in their Scrum adoption.
- In-depth understanding of agile principles and practices, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Understanding modern software development practices and techniques (eg TDD, BDD, Dev Ops, Vertical Slicing, etc). CI/CD knowledge/experience.
- Strong training, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Practical experience in servant-leadership in agile teams and the wider organization, ideally 3 years experience as a Scrum Master.
