Buscamos una persona proactiva y orientada al cliente que impulse el éxito de las marcas a través de nuestra experiencia en comportamiento de compra.
Responsabilidades:
- Estrategia y Ejecución: Diseñar e implementar, junto con tu supervisor, planes de negocio efectivos para nuestros clientes y soluciones asignadas.
- Crecimiento de Negocio: Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, tanto con clientes actuales como potenciales, elevando el valor de nuestras soluciones.
- Desarrollo de Propuestas: Crear, gestionar y presentar propuestas técnicas innovadoras que respondan a las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
- Análisis y Presentación: Desglosar y comunicar datos clave para ofrecer insights valiosos que impacten en la toma de decisiones.
- Formación: Capacitar a nuestros clientes (internos y externos) en las tendencias y comportamientos del consumidor para maximizar sus estrategias.
- Gestión Financiera: Supervisar y ajustar el presupuesto mensual para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y acciones.
Requisitos:
- Conocimiento Técnico: Manejo avanzado de bases de datos y capacidad para convertir datos en historias impactantes.
- Habilidades Comunicativas: Excelentes dotes de comunicación y empatía, que te permitan construir relaciones sólidas y duraderas.
- Organización y Estrategia: Capacidad para planificar, priorizar y ejecutar múltiples proyectos de manera eficiente.
- Pensamiento Analítico: Habilidad para analizar y sintetizar información compleja en conclusiones claras y accionables.
- Orientación al Cliente: Un enfoque dinámico y negociador, siempre poniendo al cliente en el centro de todo.
- Proactividad: Espíritu emprendedor, con iniciativa para proponer y liderar nuevas ideas.
- 2-3 años de experiencia en un rol similar.
- Experiencia previa en análisis de paneles de consumidores, detallistas, o en empresas de FMCG en roles de marketing, estrategia o análisis.
- Dominio fluido de inglés (hablado y escrito) y español a nivel nativo.
