Hello Print has established a significant presence in sunny Valencia, attracting more and more talented individuals to join our company. we VLC is an ambitious international startup based in Valencia, Spain. We are on a mission to become the leading living concept and primary reference for real estate investments in Valencia. We offer a unique living experience, revolutionizing the housing and co-living landscape for international talents. With a portfolio of over 20 apartments in the city, we cater to young professionals, expats, and digital nomads, providing co-living and investment solutions. For the next phase, we're looking for a very motivated Finance Lead to join our team and make an impact. This role is for an ambitious and motivated international talent that is up for an adventure.

What you do:


This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of all administrative tasks, paperwork, invoicing, and the coordination of logistics related to the purchase and sale of properties.


You:

  • Collect and revise all documentation for property acquisitions and sales. Be in direct contact with agents, sellers and notaries to organize all details until the day of the appointment
  • Manage all supply contracts for each apartment (water, electricity, insurance, etc.). Additionally, handle communication with the building communities and review all related payments.
  • Collect and organize all the documentation needed for our entities. You’re in charge of our folders administration and organisation both online and offline
  • Prepare all payments in the different bank accounts to be approved by your manager
  • Prepare invoices
  • Collect all invoices from different platforms and partners, organize them in the right folder and classify them according to our standards
  • Prepare and submit paperwork for licenses approval, changes of uses, and any other paperwork with townhalls or similar needed
  • Create and revise loan agreements, capital calls formats, and other documentation
  • Revise deeds, purchases agreements, and other documents when requested

    • Enrolled in your final year of studies, which allows you to do an internship
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
    • Process-focused mindset with experience in developing and maintaining efficient systems for documentation and administration.
    • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience handling administrative tasks related to property transactions, invoicing, and document management is a plus.
    • Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing, organizing documents, and managing payments accurately.
    • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with agents, sellers, notaries, and internal teams.
    • Ability to identify issues and find solutions efficiently while managing various administrative tasks.
    • Familiarity with property acquisition and sales processes, including legal and regulatory requirements.
