Hoza has been designing and manufacturing roll containers, roll-ins, dollies, roll cages and trolleys for over 80 years. At Hoza Logistic Solutions in Scheemda we are working on the latest developments of metal loadcarriers for the supply chain. The market has many interesting opportunities to be discovered. In order to accomplish these strategic goals, our sales team is looking for reinforcement. We are looking for an Area Salesmanager[SP2] Scandinavia (prefered country is Sweden). You will be reporting to the Sales- manager, who is located at the location in The Netherlands.
Your responsibilities
As area Salesmanager [SP3] you will be responsible for achieving the agreed revenue [SP4] targets at both existing customers as well as newly acquired [SP5] [SP6] customers within your focus area Scandinavia. The sales of standardized products, maintenance- [SP7] [SP8] and repair contracts and rental activities are being the most essential tasks. In order to achieve this acquisition, accountmanagement and promotion of the services/products is very important. Your natural talent for customer relationship management will enable you to serve the customers and keep the customer satisfaction at a high level.
Besides your ability to work independently [SP9] and prospect for new customers [SP10] (even cold calling) a close cooperation with project teams[SP11] and the entire (international) sales team is of great importance. With an [SP12] ability to network and make new contacts and plan your working days with a solid structure, your proactive mindset and attitutue will bring you good results
What will you bring?
  • Diploma of University of applied science (preferably related to economics)
  • Living in Sweden (preferable)
  • Experience in a similar sales function, preferable within production sector
  • A proven trackrecord in achieving sales targets and generation new busineses.
  • A proactive and result oriented attitute[SP13] , with excellent communication- and negotionation skills.
  • You speak fluent[SP14] English. Dutch is also useful, but not a must.
  • Understanding of the logistical sector and the ability to understand and solve difficult logistical problems of our clients.
You understand how to enter new markets and to create value. Therefore it is important to keep informed about the latest trends and market developments to be well prepared if any opportunity arises. Working together with the international sales team is essential to reach your goals. Therefore you need to be capable to coöperatie effectively and have excellent communication skills.
