In the rapidly changing FMCG-environment, you will be a key part of our continued success and growth within the coffee category throughout Sweden. You will have a team of 2 Category Development Specialists, also located in Helsingborg. The role works cross function and country which means leading and coordinating the collaboration in the Nordic organization. There will be some travel to our Nordic Head office in Copenhagen. The role is located at our Swedish head office in Helsingborg, and you report to the Head of CDT & Partnerships Coffee Nordic.
The Challenges that Await You:
As our Commercial Development Manager for Coffee, you will play a crucial role in further developing the long-term Nestlé Sweden strategy for our Coffee category in Sweden. This means taking on the full P&L responsibility and drive the category growth strategy. The portfolio includes brands such as NESCAFÉ, NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto, Starbucks at home & Zoegas. <
Your responsibility will also include:
- Prepare & lead Zoegas Coffee commercial strategy and negotiation.
- Lead the Commercial, Channel and Category Strategy development for Coffee in Sweden with strong growth ambition.
- Coach and develop the Swedish Commercial Development Team.
- Lead the Strategic Revenue Management in collaboration with Nordic Coffee Team.
We are looking for the Power of YOU
To succeed in the role, we believe that you have a degree within Sales, Marketing, Business or similar combined with a strong commercial background in FMCG. You have an excellent understanding of Swedish Grocery Retail and experience working with value adding strategies. You need to be fluent in English and Swedish. Experience from a Nordic or global organization is a strong advantage.
