Who you are

For this role we believe you have some years of experience, preferably from Retail (or similar) with a good understanding of the retail business operations, it’s main drivers and how we measure and follow up on business performance

You have proven analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate figures in an understandable and inspiring way. You have ability to take in new information, compile, organise, analyse and make relevant conclusions from substantial amounts of data combined with strong and well proven collaboration skills. You have the ability to make things happen in a fast and flexible way during change. On top of this you have an eye for details and accuracy also while delivering under time pressure. You are computer/smart device literate.

Your responsibilities

By maximising the use of existing reports, and creating new reports/tools where needed, the purpose is to provide timely, relevant information and analysis to support the business navigators and other stakeholders in the organization. Through this, the function contributes to profitable growth, better decision making as well as a strengthened performance culture.

You will:

• apply understanding of the goals, business priorities to follow through on commitments and achieve results
• use the understanding of how information is applied today, to determine the future needs of reporting at unit and country level
• provide relevant, user-friendly business information, promoting standardised reporting and securing competence in the organization
• source and model from big data sources (in Power BI or similar tools)
• develop and maintain tools and reports for navigating business financials. (Enabling root cause analysis, reporting, forecasting and goalsetting)
• perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks, and present them in an understandable and actionable manner

Together as a team

The Business navigation team is supporting the 21 stores incl several new exciting customer meeting point formats, Customer Support Center as well as the regional Central fulfilment units. Retail Sweden has many exiting projects ongoing.
