Customer Insight Project Manager

• Project management: Initiate, scope, and manage customer insight projects from start to finish. This includes setting goals, developing timelines, executing tasks, and delivering findings
• Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define research needs, ensure project alignment with business objectives and creating insights project plans accordingly
• Research execution: Identify necessary research, implement methodologies, and analyze
• Insight communication: Present insights effectively to stakeholders and follow up on discussions
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work effectively across departments to integrate insights into strategic decisions and enhance customer satisfaction
• Training and support of our global network of survey champions

• Excellent project management skills
• Experience in executing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research projects, ideally in B2B
• Knowledge of using research methodologies and tools, with the ability to judge what is the preferred way for any specific task
• The ability to combine strategic thinking with working hands-on
• A good business understanding and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and concise reports
• Presentation and communication skills, including active listening and the ability to visualize and communicate findings in a clear, jargon-free form
• Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
• A curious mind, i.e. the ability to ask questions and explore the unknown, finding solutions without all the answers in place
• Fluent in English (Swedish a plus)
