We are innovating at the forefront of diagnostics by creating technologies combining software, robotics, data science, medical consultations, lab testing, and customer-facing operations to enable end-to-end products covering the entire spectrum of user needs - building out an infrastructure for diagnostics that becomes exponentially more efficient over time.
ABC was founded as an impact project and grew into the largest pandemic lab in Sweden conducting up to 30% of total testing with public health contracts exceeding USD 180 million and R&D that led to three national screening programs and 9 publications.
Now, we are deploying that infrastructure to the highly regulated, highly complex, and fragmented value chain for substance abuse testing at workplaces that is growing at more than 10% CAGR across the EU with need for increasingly sophisticated and scalable solutions to meet its challenges.
You will lead ABC Labs’ communication strategy and play a significant role in supporting the company’s growth and market presence, advocating for the commercial and societal value proposition of its end-to-end infrastructure, and defining its impact and orientation in the broader societal debate on a highly sensitive topic.

- Enhance brand awareness and market positioning towards key Swedish and European customer segments, collaborating closely with the commercial and growth teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses and outlets, industry influencers, and other key industrial and societal stakeholders
- Identify relevant media channels for ABC Labs, and proactively work to secure quality coverage for ABC across traditional and digital media including sound/podcasts
- Ensure clear and consistent messaging to internal and external stakeholders across all channels - including management of the company’s digital assets and content to ensure consistency
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies and campaigns and use data-driven insights to refine and improve communication efforts
You will receive market-based compensation with 30 days of vacation and benefits.
