What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of leadership/management experience with software development teams; including working with hiring, compensation, career development, etc.
• Significant hands-on experience with software development. FYI, your team is at the moment backend heavy, using Go; but we in general strive for full-stack teams and our frontend is mostly React and Type Script.
• Experience of driving delivery in teams and continuously working to improve team performance.
• Experience of and preference for dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• It’s a significant plus if you have experience from the vehicle battery charging domain.
