HR Generalist at Sellpy
You will be part of our HR & People Operations team and manage a wide array of HR-related tasks, mainly from our box-fresh warehouse in Rosersberg. Together with your colleagues, you will provide managers with first-line support, drive meaningful projects and continuously contribute to developing HR processes with high quality. Your efforts help us keep Sellpy’s HR support consistent and at a high level.
We are thrilled to see you become a solid part of the HR team at Sellpy. This is a temporary position of 1,5 years, with a potential possibility of extension. You report to the Head of People Operations and will be based at our new warehouse in Rosersberg.
In short, you will
- Offer first-line support to managers and employees at our Rosersberg warehouse.
- Initiate and lead projects connected to employee engagement, work environment, workplace development, rehabilitation, onboarding, internal communication, and employee happiness.
- Proactively work with union collaboration and participate in MBL meetings and negotiations.

Provide support in labor law matters and people matters.
- Implement and update existing policies.
- Support operational recruitment when needed.
- Continuously contribute to HR initiatives and projects that align with company goals.
- Support with various HR administrative tasks.
- Have a large network of contacts internally with employees and managers, as well as externally with authorities such as Försäkringskassan and Migrationsverket.
- Work independently and are comfortable making decisions when required.
- Can manage multiple projects and communicate effectively.
- Have a strong drive, responsibility, and high integrity.
- Adapt to changing environments and establish new processes.
- Are motivated to support managers with everything from complex issues to daily HR tasks.
- Are organized and can prioritize effectively. Value what we do and align with our values.
- 1-2 years of experience in an operational HR role.
- Relevant university education such as Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a similar field.
- Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both verbal and in writing.
- Experience with collective agreements for warehouses and e-commerce and/or union negotiations.
- Experience with German labor law regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google sheets.
