We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Sweden on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). In this key role, you will be instrumental in bridging our international operations with the local market, supporting and challenging the organization while fostering the development of teams and individuals. As the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, you will partner closely with local leaders to drive HR initiatives. You'll be part of a collaborative HR function, working alongside colleagues across EMEA, with the assurance of a comprehensive onboarding to set you up for success.


What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:
You will be the first point of contact for employee and manager matters, handling a range of tasks related to hiring, exits, and leaves for both employees and managers. Managing employee master data and HRIS systems administration will be part of your daily responsibilities, as well as strengthening our company values through various projects and activities.
You will facilitate our employee engagement survey and ensure smooth integration on the people impact site. Maintaining a healthy working relationship with the Union and work environment representatives will be essential, including managing resumes and actions. You will also implement central projects within your area of responsibility and build strong relationships with managers and employees to facilitate HR matters.
Additionally, you will manage our benefits, insurances, and pensions. In terms of HR development, you will conduct training sessions such as onboarding, administer training and leadership programs, support in HR standard procedures and policies, write job descriptions, update the HRIS, perform job evaluations and analyses, and monitor job levelling and nomenclature.
Risk management will be another key aspect of your role, ensuring that safety and work environment culture are prioritized. Lastly, you will oversee payroll handling, ensuring that all payroll actions are managed and reported accurately to our payroll provider.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

• Experience in a HR role at least 3-5 years (manager, specialist)
• Coach and guidance people managers of all levels
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish language and business English
• Hands-on experience with Swedish Employment Law & HR
• Great communication skills
• Good knowledge of Office 365
• Experience in working with payroll handling
