The opportunity

Polestar in Sweden has an exciting two-year temporary position in the Sales team.
This is an opportunity to be a part of the Polestar journey and aid us in effectively and proactively managing our sales funnel while offering unparalleled customer experience.

The role will be based in Gothenburg and report to the Lead & Retail Sales Manager of Polestar Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.

The responsibilities
As Inside Sales, you will contribute to the success of Polestar by offering B2C and B2B the best possible customer sales experience. You will act in direct sales operations having a strong focus on supporting Lead & Retail Sales Management.
Your main responsibility will be to directly contact Polestar leads and prospects to support digital sales, as well as assist with the delivery of the Polestar experience to both Retail and Fleet customers through in- & outbound channels. You will also proactively drive actions to improve our lead conversion and customer retention.
See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for:

Support and work at the local sales funnel performance; achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales conversion targets.
Foster Salesforce development together with central teams to maximize the outcome.
Support the internal team to convert sales opportunities and drive lead cycle management.
Ensure continuous Sales support, administration, and reporting.
Support in optimizing sales approach.

The ideal candidate
To be successful in this role we believe you are ambitious, flexible, proactive, and see the value in collaboration and innovation. You have a passion for providing exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills to inspire, educate, and guide customers in their transition to EV. Also, you have a ‘can do’ attitude, solid organizational skills and thrive within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:

Previous experience in Sales, Lead management, and/or Customer Service/customer-facing roles.
Experience in working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is considered a plus.
Interest in data analysis, market sales analysis, and lead management.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written skills, since this is the languages used in daily work.
Interest in automotive is a must and experience from automotive sales is considered meritorious.
Driving license (B) is required.
