Junior Financial Controller | temporary position


THE OPPORTUNITY
We are now looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Controller to join our finance team. This is a temporary position for 18 months, covering parental leave, and with possible employment.
The role will be focused on our rapidly growing business-to-business department. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. As a Junior Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and contributing to the company's overall financial health. You will be part of a small financial team focused on developing and streamlining our financial processes for our business-to-business department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
  
• Conduct sales analysis to support strategic decision-making focused on our business-to-business department
  
• Assist in the sales forecasting process
  
• Assist with sales reporting
  
• Drive and take an active role in stakeholder management
  
• Financial modeling
  
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the financial team and overall operations
  

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in this role, you have a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the role. You are analytical and number-oriented and have a sense of detail. You enjoy working independently as well as part of a team at the same time managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  
• Strong analytical skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and fluent in at least one of the Nordic languages
