Onsite Support (Temporary role September-December)

We are looking for a motivated and service-minded individual eager to start their career in IT. As part of our project team, you'll be instrumental in upgrading laptops from an On-premises solution to a modern Microsoft Cloud / Endpoint-based solution. You will have the opportunity to engage with users from various backgrounds and roles, ensuring their transition is smooth and efficient.

Here are some examples of key responsibilities during a typical day:

• Contacting and scheduling appointments with end-users.
• Configuring and redeploying laptops.

• Basic computer skills and a keen interest in IT.
• Proficiency in Swedish or English together with good communication skills to be able to support the end-users.
• Beneficial to have some experience with Service Now and Active Directory.
