About the role

As our Operations Manager at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners you will be part of the Swedish Supply Chain organisation. Here you get to work at one of Europe's most modern and technical advanced beverage manufacturing plants, where both mixing and bottling of our market-leading beverages are done – including Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite and bonaqua. You will have the strategic responsibility to lead, manage and develop the manufacturing operation to ensure delivery of key performance targets in safety, quality, environment, lean principles, volume on time, yield and costs. You will provide an engaging, inclusive and safe working environment for all Manufacturing employees. You report to the Associate Director Manufacturing Operations, and your direct reports consist of Production Managers, a Labor Planner and a Maintenance & Reliability Manager.

The role includes:

Lead, manage and develop the whole manufacturing operation on the site to ensure production output is achieved within labor, yields, maintenance and repair
Lead the coordination with the logistic team and other stakeholders in order to develop smooth operations at the inlet and output of the lines
Drive Efficiency and Effectiveness, Continuous improvements, Corporate responsibility and Sustainability
Lead and provide an engaging, inclusive safe working environment for all Manufacturing employees, often through your direct reporting managers
Support and develop the performance of individual team members utilising performance management tools and techniques
Create a culture of effective cross-functional and flexible working on site (flexibility across lines & functions) to ensure labor flexibility to meet fluctuations in demand, create opportunities for career paths
Play a leadership role within the site, personally role-modelling behaviors and own performance required to achieve the site’s objectives
Enabling the implementation of new products, packaging and other projects on the line

We expect you to have:

At least 5 years operating at a manager level with a proven track record of delivering and exceeding targets and driving change and improvements
Demonstrated a leadership style that engages with all levels from the shop floor upwards including leading managers into being role models
Structured approach to introducing continuous improvement and experience of problem solving tools
Strong experience in using data to make both critical and long term decisions, and also clear and concise reporting
Experience in various areas of quality, environment and health & safety
Experience from food - or medical production preferred
