Your Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a critical role in introducing Questback’s industry-leading solutions to new customers. You’ll drive the entire sales process—from identifying opportunities to closing deals—helping organizations unlock the full potential of experience data.What You'll Do
- With extreme drive and grit you will approach leads (Inbound and Outbound).
- Proactively seek and engage with new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and win over new customers.
- Clearly explain the benefits and value of Questback’s products and services, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- Stay ahead by mastering our platform and understanding its various applications.
- Use data-driven insights to demonstrate how our solutions enable clients to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

We’re looking for a driven and charismatic Sales Consultant with a passion for helping businesses succeed. You should thrive in high-paced environments, craft compelling sales strategies, and demonstrate creativity in addressing client challenges. Quick thinking and adaptability are your trademarks, and your enthusiasm is contagious making our products even more appealing to potential customers. Of course you consistently reached and surpassed your sales quotas in your previous sales roles.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven track record in sales, 2-3 years of selling Saa S solutions
- End-to-end sales experience—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with new people daily.
- Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus).
