From managing customer inquiries to ensuring orders are processed efficiently, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations.

Your day-to-day work will involve directly engaging with customers, providing hands-on support, and assisting in large customer projects. You’ll become the go-to expert in our products and systems, offering technical advice that will streamline the sales process for our clients. Whether it’s tagging emails in Outlook, organizing information in Excel, or navigating our CRM, you’ll keep everything on track and moving forward. Your collaborative spirit will see you teaming up with our order, delivery, and presales teams, ensuring we deliver a top-notch experience to every client.

• Handle and organize customer inquiries in CRM, Outlook and Excel.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
You show a natural ability to engage with new systems and excel at finding solutions to problems. With a relevant commercial education or equivalent experience, you have a solid foundation in sales coordination and customer relationship management.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Excel.
