The pension savings market in Sweden is currently undergoing big changes, where there are vast opportunities and great business potential, and we are currently investing in re-designing our products, re-engineering our IT solutions and creating new digital offerings.

The Product & Service Development unit owns, manages and develops the life insurance and pension products, services and solutions of the SEB Life & Pension subsidiary, and consists of approx. 150 employees and some external consultants. We have a partner based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, that provides a number of professionals who are integrated into our development teams. We strive to provide great customer experience and make a positive impact in society, as well as having a work environment where ambitious people thrive and grow.

About the role

As a Scrum Master for the Da Co team, you'll promote agile principles and drive improvements by coaching a team of 5 brilliant techies working with Life Data Consumption Platform.

You will be removing impediments and help organize releases for the team. You will also be working with other scrum master’s and participate in Scrum of Scrums as well as perform coordination across teams where necessary.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

Previous experience as scrum master, preferably in a platform like setting defined by several interaction points
Knowledge of lean/ agile principles
Experience in a technical environment based on C#/.NET, Kubernetes, Mongo DB and g RPC
Interest and/ or experience in driving collaboration between teams through concepts such as Inner Source and contract first
