Columbia Road Stockholm is now looking for a Marketing Automation and CRM Consultant. You'll be working on planning and executing successful marketing automation initiatives, be it implementing new system capabilities or running daily operations (lead generation, nurturing, lead scoring, loyalty programs or customer journey orchestration). Marketing Technology (Upper funnel - bottom funnel & Data) - This role
Software Development (Build new or improve existing channels)
Design (Customer insights, UI/UX, and process improvement)

Job description

We’re building a team of dedicated people to drive this change. We are looking for lead generation & marketing automation consultants who have an innovative mindset towards generating growth. You will have an important role in helping our customers grow their businesses.
As a marketing automation consultant you are used to planning and executing successful lead acquisition and nurturing campaigns. You are able to derive business insights from complex data and you are endlessly driving to improve customer experience at all stages of the customer journey beginning from brand awareness and ending at a successful purchase.
We expect you to have hands-on experience from several different marketing automation tools and to have an understanding of customer journeys and care models. You are familiar with customer data analytics operations and are able to derive business insights from complex data.
By nature, you are analytical and like to solve problems. You are able to bring clarity to uncertain and chaotic situations. You are ambitious and results-oriented in everything you do, but you like to have fun as well.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have full working proficiency in the Swedish language as well as excellent written and oral skills in English.
Requirements
Skills and experience we expect you to have:

  • Project management: experience in leading projects or leading initiatives
  • Languages: Fluent Swedish and English
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, , Marketo, Customer IO or equivalent)
    • CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hub Spot, Pipedrive, MS Dynamics)
    • Experience in utilising customer data from various sources (CRM, CDP, DMP)
  • Analytical mindset, ability to see outside the box
  • Digital advertising understanding (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Linked In, Instagram)
  • Knowledge of web technologies and content management systems
